Straight answers to the usual questions
Do estimates really cost nothing?
Nothing. We look, we put the number in writing, you decide. The only thing that costs money is an in-depth diagnostic ($120), and that gets credited toward the repair if you do it with us.
What's the warranty on repairs?
12 months or 12,000 miles on parts and labor, whichever comes last — honored nationwide through our parts network if you're traveling.
Can I get a loaner or a ride?
Free shuttle within 5 miles, and we keep two loaner cars for repairs that run past a day. Reserve a loaner when you book.
Will you use cheap aftermarket parts?
We quote OEM or OEM-equivalent by default. If a budget option exists we'll show you both prices and the trade-off — your car, your call.
Can you look at it today?
Usually. We hold two bays for same-day diagnostics. Call before 10am and you'll almost always have an answer by closing.
